Index Nuevo Laredo is a private association representing leading companies in the maquiladora and export manufacturing industry. Since our founding, we have promoted, supported, and empowered our affiliates through specialized representation, advocacy, and services that strengthen their competitiveness. This policy is designed to protect our members’ competitiveness and prevent legal risks from anticompetitive practices.

It sets forth the rules that all participants are expected to follow in meetings, committees, events, and activities organized by Index Nuevo Laredo.

Employees and members of Index Nuevo Laredo receive a copy of this policy and are expected to confirm in writing or via email that they have read and understood it.

Nothing in this policy prevents Index Nuevo Laredo and its members from jointly presenting matters of interest to federal, state, or local authorities, advocating for reforms, rules, or decrees that benefit the industry, or collaborating on projects, programs, or initiatives that do not restrict competition.
